These dance wings expand a full 360* and are supported by telescoping stainless steel rods that allow you to adjust the length keeping it comfortable and lightweight. It is slightly translucent material and uses a collar with velcro to let you loosen up as much as you need to. The battery pack attaches to the back of the collar so that it's out of the way.
